We are at the parade site. We have decided not to participate as it is still raining and too windy for flags. Cadets who are here will get credit for coming. I apologize for the short sightedness of the parade committee on their poor decision. I should have gone with my first instinct and say the parade was on but we would not go. Thank you to those who braved the elements and came out.

The parade committee makes its decision at 10AM on parade day. Just called the number provided and it is on as they expect the rain line to pass through by parade time. See you all there.

"O" street on the bay side

The meeting place for the Columbus Day Parade is "O" Street, Seaside Park at noon. Sea Cadets wear dress blue with neckerchief, Dixie hat, black shoes and socks. League cadets wear long sleeve black shirt and black pants with black shoes and socks and Dixie hat. Females wear garrison cover. If you think you need them you may wear insulated underwear under the uniform. Parade starts at 1pm and ends about 2:30-3:00pm at Samson Street near Hershey Motel.

The drill schedule has always been on the site, but since some people were having issues locating it, I have added a direct link on the portal to make it more accessible.

I've made it much easier to download the POD. I had this setup before but I was experiencing some problems. Now to download the POD, there is a direct download link right on the portal, under resources. Whenever there is a new POD uploaded this link will automatically update. The File Catalog link will be replaced by a Seabag List. |
As you can see, the design for the unit's website has been updated. As I work on the design, new things will be added, removed, or relocated. Be sure to contact me if any issues arise. |
