| We are at the parade site. We have decided not to participate as it is still raining and too windy for flags. Cadets who are here will get credit for coming. I apologize for the short sightedness of the parade committee on their poor decision. I should have gone with my first instinct and say the parade was on but we would not go. Thank you to those who braved the elements and came out. | |
